Quality Control System:
Our quality control system is imbedded throughout the entire process beginning from procurement of raw materials through delivery of final products and post-sales services.
Tetra Building Enclosures glass quality has been certified by the China National Certification Centre and is also certified with it’s safety glass products via SGCC, IGCC as per the ANSI and ASTM, and via MPA (Germany) as per EN standard. Internatinal standards for general fabrication quality such as EN, AU, DIN, JIS are also commonly referenced and conformed to client requirements.
Tetra Building Enclosures has 6 tempered glass furnaces, including double-chamber furnace, extra long furnace (54 ft), flat-curved furnace, as well as the convection furnace for high-performance low-E. As for the world widely concerned nickel sulfide spontaneous breakage, Tetra Building Enclosures introduced 5 heat soak furnaces with max size as 3200*12000mm. This equipment was certified by the independent laboratories from Germany and Hon Kong in accordance with EN14179 and DIN standards.
